This video shows an easy, simple technique for transcystic duct exploration of the cystic duct with Extraction of small stones from the cystic duct and cystic duct-CBD junction during Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for a case with small or minute gallbladder stones migrating to the cystic duct and cystic duct-CBD junction. This minimally invasive technique can be used when there is suspicion of small or minute stones in the cystic duct or cystic duct-CBD junction if milking of cystic duct towards the gallbladder is not effective to dislodge cystic duct stone or stones towards the gallbladder during Standard Laparoscopic cholecystectomy especially if there is no availability of intraoperative cholangiography or choledochoscopy.
