الدعامات البلاستيكية التي توضع بالمنظار في القنوات المرارية في حالة وجود حصوات في القناة المرارية يجب أن يتم استخراجها خلال مدة ٦ أشهر ويجب التنبيه علي المريض بالحضور لرفع الدعامة حيث أن ترك الدعامة لفترات طويلة قد يسبب إنسداد الدعامة والقناة المرارية والتهابات في القناة المرارية وقد يحدث انزلاق الدعامة وقد تحدث إلتهابات في حلمة الإثنا عشر وتغيرات بها كما هو موضح في هذه الفيديوهات القصيرة.
