إستخدام المنظار الجراحي لتشريح وشفط واستئصال كيس كبير بمدخل الكبد وممتد خلف وداخل الجزء الخلفي للفص الأيمن من الكبد .

Laparoscopic Dissection, Aspiration and Deroofing of very large Cyst extending from behind the structures of the portahepatis, and infront of the inferior vena cava and Aorta, extending upwards behind and into the posterior part of the right lobe liver.

Histopathology revealed benign simple cyst.
