ERCP for a case of calcular cholecystitis with obstructive jaundice. The shadow of a CBD stone is seen in this image and we can appreciate a long cystic duct and cystic duct stone. During ERCP for this case , the CBD stone has been successfully removed and a plastic stent stent has been inserted in the CBD. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy will be done later on. During Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the cystic duct should be dissected well , avoiding missing the cystic duct stone and avoiding long cystic duct stump.
